Join us for Sundance Summer Nights in downtown Sundance—an evening of community, fun, and summer entertainment. Dress to impress and enter the Best Dressed Contest, or take part in games like cornhole, minnow racing, and a fun twist on roping (bring your own rope if you like). Test your strength in the Cowboy/Cowgirl Tug of War, or take a shot at the Pie Eating Contest hosted by Uncle Louie’s Diner.

Kid Zone Activities Include:
Face Painting, Sidewalk Chalk, Coloring, Bubbles, Ring Toss, Bowling, Hopscotch, and Tic-Tac-Toe

Be sure to visit participating downtown businesses to be entered into prize drawings (must be present to win). Enjoy delicious food at Longhorn Saloon & Grill or Uncle Louie’s Diner, and grab a cold drink at either location—or stop by The Dime Horseshoe Bar or The Turf Bar. Open containers are allowed year-round in Sundance.

Evening Highlights:
5:00 PM – Best Dressed Contest (Cowboy, Cowgirl, Couple, Little Buckaroo)
Prizes awarded to winners.

6:00 PM to 9:00 PM – Live music by the Brandon Jones Band
Born and raised in the Black Hills, Brandon Jones is known across the Midwest for his strong vocals and energetic performances. The band has played alongside acts such as Sawyer Brown, Clint Black, Jordan Davis, Jo Dee Messina, Aaron Watson, Koe Wetzel, and more. They’ve also headlined major events including the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Wild Bill Days, the National Western Stock Show, and the South Dakota State Fair.
