The museum located in historic downtown Sundance, Wyoming features an extensive gun collection and dioramas on Devils Tower, the 1874 Custer Expedition, the Vore Buffalo Jump, and the trial of Harry Longabaugh, better known as the Sundance Kid.

The Crook County Museum has over 7000 artifacts on display from the Native American History, Custer expedition, Sundance Kid, the wild west, and more.

The museum also has a bookstore and gift shop.
